How long does delivery take?
Delivery within West Malaysia typically takes 3-5 business days, while East Malaysia takes around 7-10 business days. For international shipping, expect delivery within 20–30 business days once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order upon receiving the order confirmation via
email.
Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to deliver to Israel.
If the provided shipping address or contact details are incorrect and require rerouting, the customer will bear the additional charges incurred
How can I track my order?
We will send tracking details to the email associated with your order once it has been processed and shipped by the courier service.
Will my parcel be subject to customs andimport duties?
Any customs fees or import duties are imposed when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges must be covered by the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these fees
and cannot estimate them, as customs regulations vary from country to country.

We use any shipping carrier that provides the utmost convenience and customer satisfaction.
How can I modify my order after placing it?
Since we process orders swiftly, modifying an order after placement can be challenging. We recommend emailing us immediately
at sales@amora.com if you notice any issues. While we will do our best to
accommodate changes, if the order has already been processed by our warehouse,
modifications will no longer be possible.

There is no limit on the quantity allowed per product per purchase

What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with tags intact. Items not meeting these criteria may not be eligible for a return or refund.

How long does it take to process an exchangeor refund?
For most returns, it takes approximately
10-15 business days to receive the package at our fulfillment center, inspect the return, process it into inventory, and complete the exchange or refund.
Can I receive a refund if the price changesafter my purchase?
As an online store, our prices fluctuate based on fashion trends, stock availability, and customer demand. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for price adjustments.
